The year is coming to an end, but not before more hip-hop performers release great new albums for their fans to round off 2022. Rasheed Chappell of New Jersey is another artist who has said a full-length record is on the way in the coming weeks. He made the announcement alongside the release of his “Manna From Heaven” song.
Over the Little Vic-produced rhythm, RC describes a gloomy and drug-infested world, telling listeners, “Liquor shops, white dope fiends speakin’ on Fentanyl / Teeth are missing from their mouth, and they smell the same as the day before / You know the outfit, you remember the days of conflict / My n*ggas keep the heat tucked right into their pants.”
The “Sinners & Saints” hitmaker is most known for his work with TRUST Gang with 38 Spesh, Ransom, Che Noir, and others, but it appears like the rapper will be releasing 12 solo tracks on his next album, A Portrait Of.
“On his new album, Rasheed Chappell presents soulful sonics, piercingly honest ideas, and profound observations about his profession, life, and high expectations for a brighter future,” the album’s press release teases.
Other recent arrivals from the hip-hop veteran include “Stone Cold” with B.a Badd and Bub Styles, “RaMu$” featuring The Musalini and 38 Spesh, as well as his appearance on Reckonize Real’s “Foreign Cars AMG” alongside Freeway and Ufo Fev.

Notable Lyrics:
Liquor stores, white dope fiends speakin’ on Fentanyl
Teeth missin’ out of they mouth, smell like the day before
Days of war, army fatigue, you know the uniform
Heat tucked right in they jeans, my n*ggas keep it on ’em
